What teams usually ask.
Do agents share one model?
Each workspace picks a default. Studio plans can route certain agents to a private endpoint. Draft and Bench use Aipena-hosted models with usage shown in the bill.
What counts as a seat?
Anyone who can approve a gate or edit a workflow. Agents are not seats. View-only guests on a run are not seats.
Can we keep a human in every path?
Yes. Gates are first-class. You can require a person before publish, mail, or any custom action that writes outside the workspace.
How do integrations bill?
Connecting an app is included on Bench and Studio. The app’s own fees stay with that vendor. Aipena meters only model and tool usage on our side.
